Award and Presentation Photography

Photogenic Events can provide professional photographic coverage for your awards or presentation ceremonies.

We will record and tell the story of your awards or presentation ceremony in images. Our photographer will arrive early at the function to candidly photograph the guests arrival and pre-ceremony drinks. We will also capture any entertainment or live music in the build up to the awards to give coverage of everything that happened during the evening.

Once guests are seated our roaming photographer will photograph individual tables and capture atmospheric room shots. During the ceremony all individual presentations will be photographed quickly and efficiently to ensure the moment is saved.

We can also bring our mobile studio to add to the evening’s entertainment, we will photograph the guests at their convenience in singles, couples or groups. All images can be viewed immediately and, if chosen, printed in seconds.

We will then provide you with a CD of high resolution images and a complete record of the evening from start to finish.
