How much do you charge?
For most events we do not charge the organiser anyway, we will attend your event and photograph for free.
How much do you charge the guests?
After having their photograph taken the guests is under no obligation to buy anything. Only if they like their photograph and want to buy a print do we charge £10.00 for a 6" x 9" print and present it in a strut mount.
How do guests pay?
On the night of the event we can only accept cash. However prints can be bought online and paid for by most major credit cards.
How many people need to be at our party for you to attend?
We would expect there to be at least 50 guests.
Can we pre-pay you to produce a certain amount of prints?
Yes, if you pre-pay we would offer you a 25% discount and charge you only £7.50 per print.
How much space to you require at the venue?
We require a minimum of 3 square metres of floor space to set up the backdrop. We will also need a table and power socket nearby. We cannot set up the studio outdoors.
How long before the images will be online?
Generally the images are available for viewing online within 2 to 3 days of the event. The online gallery is open for anybody to view but we can put a password on the gallery if requested.
How much do the prints cost online?
A 6"x 9" print in a strut mount costs £14.00 plus P&P. Standard delivery is 10 to 14 days
How much do you donate back for charities and fundraising events?
We will gladly donate 10% of the evening proceeds back the organiser. This will be paid in cash at the end of the night.
